TAC Festival Hotel Information

The Hilton Eugene, immediately adjacent to the Hult Center for the Performing Arts, offers special rates for TAC Festival-goers. The Festival rates are $109 for a single or double and $15 for each additional person. We urge you to book your rooms as early as possible, as other local events may affect room availability at the Hilton.

To reserve a room at these rates, go to the Eugene Hilton website and follow the directions there. Select your check-in and check-out dates and click on “Go.” On the next page, scroll down and enter “TAC” in the Group/Convention Code field to receive the group rate. Arrivals for the group rate are allowed as early as May 19 and departures can be as late as May 26. Alternatively, you can call Hilton reservations at 800-937-6660 and mention “TAC Film Festival.” You can upgrade your room to the concierge level for $20 more and receive a complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon appetizers, access to the concierge library, upgraded furnishings in all the rooms, turn down service, and other amenities. Anyone with a reservation can utilize the Hilton’s complimentary airport shuttle to and from the Eugene Airport. You just need to pick up the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle will be on its way.
