(1) In this imaginative animated short film, a young Indigenous female street artist named Mia’ walks through the city streets painting scenes rooted in the supernatural history of her people. The alleyways become her sanctuary and secret gallery, and her art comes to life. (2) The filmmmaker visits the Bajau, an Indonesian nomadic group who have lived on the ocean for centuries, and whose lives are affected by the unconscious habits of people living thousands of miles away.
